就给大家一个formula.
1.6吨的铁沙（60% Iron content）+1.8吨煤 炼成 1.0吨的长钢。

至于中国进口大马的钢铁。
你找中国当地的出厂价格除以马币，
+5%的关税+13%保护税+RM30运输费每吨。
你就知道来到大马的成本是多少了。
最后， 你的盈利呢? 每吨加5%吧。
所以， 大家应该知道怎么算了吧。

ReplyDeleteR12 Round bar 12mm in diameter. Malaysia market price you have to ask for the supplier/manufacturers.

Hi Leo,I don't think so on the calculation like this,
Based on the price given for 1.6 Mt of Iron Ore is on 68USD/ mt on 20st April, wheres the cost of Coking Coal is 196USD /mt.
According to your calculation 1.6Mt(Iron Ore)+1.8Mt(Coking Coal)= 1 Mt of Long Bar does not make sense.
Furthermore you need to add on conversion cost of RM300/mt for operation cost in total.
